There should be no garden to harvest your own herbs. With a little planning and imagination, you will be surprised how many herbs can thrive in the limited space you have.
Although most herbs need a lot of light, but too much is also not very good.
If your balcony receives sunlight all day, Block it if it's too hot to use bamboo blinds, for example.Among the herbs that can be grown in pots.
In the meantime, if not exposed to sunlight directly to your plants though, the heat absorbed by the concrete walls can still be released throughout the day.
Such an environment may be too extreme for life herbs comfortably.
To solve this problem you can create what is called a micro-climate which use herbs that are more sustainable to renovate or to protect the environment in order to suit the herbs that are more sensitive.
The Herb Garden Balcony

There are many herbs that you can plant in pots on the balcony. For example pandan, curry tree, lemongrass, chilli, turmeric, ginger, laksa leaves and many more.
To prevent the radiation of heat from the concrete wall, place herbs bigger and durable to protect herbs smaller and sensitive.
However make sure that everything is getting enough sunlight.
Herbal trees are popular and quite large is like calamansi, curry and lemon trees. There's also a new crop which became popular departments like apple and cherry siam vietnam.
Both of these plants have fruit and will surely become a favorite of children.
Balcony facing south or north may have advantages in terms of light and.
For herbs that indeed originated from the tropics, it is no problem. But if you plant something different, special care may be needed.

In the margins Window Herb Garden

You can plant some herbs in the house as long as it is not air-conditioned as most herbal plants tend to dry out at low temperatures.
Low temperatures cause plants stop absorbing water and eventually wither.
Window you a little sunshine.
North facing light is ideal, but does not mean the window facing the other direction does not fit into your herb garden location.
What you need to know is how much sunlight reaches through the window. If too much use nets to reduce it.
You can make nets using wood or just use mosquito nets.
Do not forget to open the windows to allow the hot air is not trapped.
Herbs suitable for marginal windows are as pennywort, celery, etc. cekur.
If the marginal space is not enough, you can hang your herbs.
Containers and Vases

You can select a suitable container for your herbs. You can use clay pots, or ceramic vase beautifully decorated. If you want a light, use a plastic container.
Let whatever container you choose, make sure it have the water hole as most sensitive herbs with stagnant water in the root zone.
Place a tray of water under your pots or plant containers so that excess water can be properly managed.
You can also use crystals for crops such as pandan to refresh it in pots. Crystal-crystals can be used for about 2 months.
About the size of the container or vase, life term crops do not have a big short. Something diameter 6 inches is sufficient.
However for the life of herbs long as curry tree, lemongrass and pandan, you'll have a big container, preferably more than one foot in diameter.
Mixed land

In essence, herbal trees thrives in well-drained soil mix.
You can get a soil mixture containing vermiculite or perlite for herbs at large supermarkets or even nursery.
Make sure you change the soil mix with a new one every time to replant.
